California College and Career Indicators (CCI) Convening

About the Event

The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) is proud to partner with the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) Course Management Portal (CMP) team to provide a one-day convening to assist educators with navigation and developing best practices using the UC CMP, submitting and receiving approval for new UC A-G approved courses, and understanding and improving the College and Career Indicators (CCI). Conference highlights include a general session on the UCOP CMP, developing and initiating a course approval process, in addition to Riverside County, and state leaders sharing implementation plans of CCI success within the various indicators. We will also focus on diving deeper into critical areas of the CCI. Sessions and conversations will include but are not limited to: • Differentiated Assistance (DA), Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) • Advanced Placement (AP)/International Baccalaureate (IB)/AP Readiness • Military/Leadership Science • UC CMP Course Writing • State Seal of Biliteracy • UC Scout • Navigating A-G CMP • Career Technical Education (CTE) Pathway Completion • Dual Enrollment, Concurrent Enrollment, College Credit • Registered Pre-Apprenticeships, Non-Registered, State and Federal Jobs, Transition and Work-Based Learning • CA Colleges UC CMP Course Clean-Up Initiative • Increasing A-G Completion
