The 2026 Riverside County Science and Engineering Fair will take place on Friday, February 27, 2026, at the Riverside Convention Center. Volunteer opportunities include event support and judging. Breakfast and lunch will be available. In order to judge at RCSEF, you must have the following qualifications: -Have a minimum of six years related /field experience beyond receiving their B.A., B.S., or Master’s degree, OR -Have a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent (D.O., Ed.D., D.D.S., D.V.M., etc.), OR -Is a current graduate student with more than four years of doctoral-level research experience, or who is within one year of doctoral dissertation defense, OR -Is a current undergraduate student who has less than four years of doctoral-level research experience and has been recommended by their major professor/faculty member Affiliated science fair coordinators and elementary or secondary school teachers are NOT eligible to serve as RCSEF judges.
