About the Event
Student Services encompasses a wide range of responsibilities—from student discipline and custody issues to compliance, data reporting, and support for vulnerable student populations. This professional development opportunity is designed for new or aspiring Student Services administrators and will provide foundational knowledge across key areas of the role. Topics will be tailored to participant needs and may include custody and residency, student records and transfers, suspensions and expulsions, Section 504, student search protocols, SART/SARB processes, foster and homeless education laws, and the use of data for compliance and reporting. Participants will gain practical tools and insights to navigate the diverse and critical responsibilities of Student Services leadership. Who Should Attend: Site Administrators, new and/or aspiring Student Services (SS) Administrators, and classified staff who support SS Administrators
