About the Event
Attention all TK-12th grade Counselors, Career Center Staff, and Administrators! School Counselors “help students find their voice and purpose” for students’ success. Join us for the 2024 fall Riverside County School Counselor Leadership Network. This one-day event will focus on bringing you the latest strategies to build strong connections and support for ALL students to achieve maximum college and career readiness results and create equitable systemic outcomes for traditionally underserved students. This conference will be led by local and national educational and school counseling leaders, geared towards building your capacity and equipping you with the latest resources and strategies. Leave with plans to strengthen your program's foundation and launch initiatives to ensure success for ALL students. We are excited to host over 25 sessions specifically for elementary, middle school, high school, and alternative settings. Themes will include but are not limited to: • Multi-Tiered Multi-Domain Systems of Support • College and Career Readiness Indicators • Site and District Mental Health Teams • Counseling Students with Disabilities • Comprehensive School Counseling • College Access and Admissions • Foster Youth/Homeless • College Affordability • Migrant Students • Career Pathways • English Learners • Culture/Climate We will also celebrate our Race to Submit financial aid application winners. Participants will leave the network ready to elevate student voices to find their purpose!
