Participants will explore the core principles, values, and processes that guide restorative approaches in both school and community settings. Training Highlights: • Understand the goals of restorative practices: building relationships, strengthening community, and repairing harm. • Learn the use of restorative questions to promote reflection and accountability. • Practice affective statements to communicate feelings and foster empathy. • Experience an introduction to restorative circles as a tool for dialogue, connection, and problem-solving. This training provides a foundation for educators, support staff, and community members interested in cultivating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments through restorative methods.
