About the Event

As California schools continue to implement universal pre-kindergarten and rigorous foundational and developmentally appropriate practices through 3rd grade, the pivotal role of leadership becomes increasingly indispensable in ensuring academic success across all levels. The Riverside County Office of Education Early Education Programs and Leadership Center will share valuable practices aimed at fostering alignment from Pre-Kindergarten through 3rd grade, concurrently addressing the nuances of effectively managing complex organizational change.
