About the Event

Whether you are new to Check-In, Check-Out (CICO) or looking to strengthen your existing system, join us for this virtual training designed to meet you where you are. CICO is a simple yet powerful Tier 2 intervention with strong evidence of effectiveness across behavioral, academic, and attendance challenges. You will engage in an interactive learning experience to better understand how to implement CICO with clarity, consistency, and greater impact. Once seen primarily as a tool for attention-seeking behaviors, CICO is now recognized as a valuable support for students facing a wide range of needs, including those related to trauma, internalizing behaviors, and chronic absenteeism. This two-part training will focus on practical strategies for building and refining a CICO system with increased fidelity and capacity to maximize positive outcomes for at-promise-youth.
