Join fellow PBIS and MTSS coaches for an engaging and growth-focused book study on Onward: Cultivating Emotional Resilience in Educators by Elena Aguilar. This multi-session virtual series will guide participants through monthly themes that align with the demands and challenges of coaching adults within school systems. Together, we will explore strategies to build personal resilience, foster a culture of well-being, and sustain the emotional energy needed to support transformational change. Through discussion, reflection, and application, coaches will deepen their understanding of how emotional resilience directly impacts their effectiveness in leading PBIS/MTSS implementation. Whether you are navigating burnout, supporting overwhelmed teams, or seeking to strengthen your leadership from within, this book study offers a supportive space to grow personally and professionally.
