Directors and specialists will share expertise about federal and state programs, legislation, funding, regulations, assessment and accountability, Federal Program Monitoring (FPM), and Title III monitoring. Topics for discussion include the state and federal accountability and continuous improvement system, alignment of state and federal plans and programs, and support for student groups with a specific focus on English learners. Additional benefits of NISO participation include one-on-one customized support, access to resources in Google Classroom, and access to NISO listserv email updates - receive new information related to state/federal programs as it becomes available.
