About The Event
The school transfer process can be complicated. Is this student requesting an interdistrict transfer or is it an intradistrict transfer? Does our district offer schools of choice? Are we an Allen Bill District? In this comprehensive overview of the transfer process, attendees will learn the various types of transfers and the laws pertaining to them, as well as the associated timelines, rights to appeal, when a student is entitled to a safety transfer, and more. Who Should Attend: Student Services Administrators, Registration Center Staff, SARB Board Members, Site Administrators, School Secretaries, and other site and district personnel supporting the transfer process.
