School Attendance Review Board (SARB) Overview Workshop

About The Event

A School Attendance Review Board (SARB) is a community based effort that includes members from school districts, community partners, agencies, and other stakeholders. This workshop will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the School Attendance Review Team (SART) and SARB process, as well as the tiered attendance framework to address positive student attendance. In addition, the session will provide guidance and strategies about effective interventions, how to engage community partners, and the use of restorative strategies to improve overall attendance Who Should Attend: Site Administrators, SARB Board Members, Site Attendance Clerks, District Student Services Administrators, Supervisors of Attendance, and site or district staff that support attendance improvement efforts.
